This team functions as an internal force multiplier, building AI-powered tools, workflows, and decision systems that significantly improve productivity across critical business functions. As a Decision Engineer, you will partner directly with stakeholders across infrastructure operations, data center delivery, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, accounting, legal, recruiting, and business operations to identify bottlenecks, automate manual processes, and build software solutions that drive meaningful business impact. This is an opportunity to combine software engineering, AI, product thinking, and operational problem-solving in a highly autonomous environment. Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications, automation tools, and decision systems. Partner directly with operational and business teams to understand workflows and uncover opportunities for automation. Own projects end-to-end, from problem identification and design through deployment and adoption.
