* Perform break/fix operations, including troubleshooting technical issues related to computers and printers.
 * Conduct PC and printer refresh procedures, supporting hardware updates and replacements.
 * Support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for hospital-based systems.
 * Assist with configuration and installation of operating systems and software applications.
 * Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with hospital staff regarding technical support.
