Note: the role requires being onsite in Brussels at least 4 days per week. ## Description FuturWork is supporting a major Belgian organisation in the legal and professional-services sector in strengthening its IT support team. We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to deliver high-quality support to end users, working alongside the IT support, Network, Windows, Facilities and Service Management teams to help build the workplace of the future. The mission You combine solid IT knowledge with a clear understanding of users' priorities to deliver IT support services to high standards. Working in a hybrid setup based in Brussels (at least 4 days per week onsite), you will: * distribute, install and maintain end-user hardware, software and printing solutions; * + handle service requests and access-management requests, and support users facing software or hardware issues; * + accurately capture and log technical issues and requests from end users; * + analyse tickets and other metrics to detect recurring incidents; * + proactively suggest technical and technological improvements to enhance user experience and team efficiency.
