## Description

* Assess the current cybersecurity awareness maturity and phishing risk landscape.
 * Define and implement a phishing awareness strategy covering a 12-24 month period.
 * Design and manage phishing simulation campaigns, including scenarios, target audiences, and difficulty levels.
 * Develop communication and awareness plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
 * Establish KPIs, maturity metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
 * Execute end-to-end phishing campaigns, including planning, configuration, deployment, analysis, and reporting.
 * Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
 * Deliver knowledge transfer and training to ensure long-term internal ownership of awareness initiatives.
 * Support cybersecurity best practices aligned with security governance and compliance requirements.
