## About the Role

Do you have experience in Research?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

 * Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process, from research to final deliverables.
 * Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar in creating interactive prototypes.
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
 * Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

Nice to Have:

 * Knowledge of AI tools to create interactive prototypes such as Figma Make.
 * Experience with design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.

Bonus Extras:

 * Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
 * Understanding of front-end development and HTML/CSS to inform design decisions.

## Description

* Design user-centered interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
 * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts, to understand product requirements and user needs.
 * Ensure designs adhere to established design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries for consistency and scalability.
 * Contribute to and maintaining the design system with new components and features.
 * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.
 * Effectively communicate design rationale and present design solutions to stakeholders.
