## About the Role

* Mandatory Onsite position, selected candidate has to work 4-5 days from the assigned work location in Parsippany, NJ.
 * Proven experience as a Scrum Master for 3-5 years or in a similar role within an agile environment.
 * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
 * Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration.
 * Ability to facilitate discussions and drive decision-making processes.
 * Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally).
 * Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
 * Passion for agile practices and a commitment to delivering value.

 * Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog effectively.
 * Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance team dynamics.
 * Promote a culture of continuous improvement and agile mindset within the organization.
 * Support the development of team members through mentorship and guidance.
 * Report on team progress and metrics to stakeholders and management.
