In this role, you will partner directly with Members to support our Point of Sale (POS) platform and related retail technology solutions, including sales, inventory, scheduling, and accounting tools. You'll provide training, assist with implementations, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional user experience. If you enjoy solving problems, helping others succeed, and building strong customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you., Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. * Engage with Member retailers to implement and support our Point of Sale (POS) product, including inventory management software, giving the user solutions based on your increasing product and industry knowledge * Work within the Jira Ticketing System for both functional and technical support * Examples are responding to "how to?" questions on POS transactions, inventory management, and sales and payment processes, and configuring hardware devices (registers, scanners, and payment terminals) that integrate to our software * Triage member issues and work with internal teams to get resolution, escalating where necessary * Communicate routinely and in a timely manner with clients via tickets, email, screen-shares, and verbal communication, fostering effective relationships with our Members * Assist the Product team in general with identifying product opportunities, bugs, and validating Member feature requests * Identify gaps and create Knowledgebase articles to help our Support services become more efficient * Weekend shift coverage is required; onboarding and training will occur during regular weekday hours. * Mountain Time Zone preferred. * Perform other duties as assigned. Remote Work/Travel: This position will work remotely from a home address and subject to AVB's Remote Work policies and procedures which are then in effect. In addition, from time to time, this position will be required to engage in travel, including travel to attend AVB's Annual All-Employee Meeting as well as other travel obligations which will be required of the position such as meetings with members, attendance at conventions and shows and other events where you will represent AVB.
