Bachelor's degree preferred. * Minimum 2 years working in the IT field, healthcare preferred but not required. * Nextgen EMR/PM administration experience preferred, but not required. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. * Must have a valid State of Georgia Driver's License and reliable transportation. Skills & Abilities: * Ability to effectively communicate with multiple levels of staff, leaders, and Providers. * Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be well organized and detail oriented. * Ability to manage multiple complex tasks. * Experience working on projects as a lead or co-lead. * Ability to work independently and/or with a team. * Must be flexible to participate in other IT systems duties as needed. ## Description Job Purpose: The Clinical Application Analyst optimizes and supports the Company's clinical technology applications, including but not limited to new implementations, content and functionality management and development, training material and quality assurance. They collaborate with key operations and clinical leaders to identify and implement ongoing improvements to workflows and use of technology. The Clinical Application Analyst possesses and demonstrates knowledge and skill in the areas of healthcare applications and related technology.
