## Description

You'll own the architecture and reliability of Wispr on Windows. You'll close its most important quality gaps, define how improvement is measured, and build foundations that make every Windows experience easier to ship correctly.

What you'll do

 * Set technical direction for Windows architecture and native integrations
 * Make onboarding, text insertion, screen context, and background behavior performant and reliable
 * Solve difficult performance and correctness failures across devices and applications
 * Define and improve the metrics that represent the Windows user experience, including activation, satisfaction, performance, retention, and support volume
 * Build reusable systems that raise quality across the Windows product

 * You've designed a client system or platform other engineers successfully built on
 * You've recently shipped meaningful production code yourself
 * You debug unfamiliar systems from first principles
 * You've owned and improved metrics that represent the user experience
 * You combine architectural judgment with attention to product quality
