ServiceNow modules in use include Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, Asset Management, ITOM, and more. * Scripting: Write and document clean, efficient, and maintainable code using JavaScript, including server-side (Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, UI Actions, Flow Designer) and client-side (Client Scripts, UI Policies, Catalog Client Scripts). Code reviews and quality control checks should be undertaken as part of every update set, project, and upgrade. * Integration Development: Design, develop, and maintain integrations using ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric (IntegrationHub - Flow Designer actions, spokes, subflows), REST/SOAP APIs (both inbound Scripted REST APIs and outbound REST Messages), and middleware-based architectures.
