Desired Skills and Qualifications * Associate's degree in business, finance or related field. * Solid understanding of underwriting criteria and requirements for multiple loan products, including FHA, VA, and conventional mortgages. * Proven experience conducting root cause analysis to identify issues, determine corrective actions, and improve remediation processes., Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Ability to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance. Over time required as necessary.
