## Description

The Identity Security team is looking for a Tech Lead Manager to build and lead this critical product area. You'll start hands-on with a small team, shipping code while growing the product toward market fit.
What You'll Do

 * Lead a team of 6-8 engineers, writing and reviewing code daily alongside them
 * Collaborate closely on technical direction while building the foundations for a scalable product
 * Partner directly with internal and external customers to gather feedback and iterate quickly
 * Grow the team and product as we find traction and expand scope
 * Set engineering standards and practices that will scale as the team grows
