Do you have experience in Terraform?, * Proven experience of at least 6 years in data management, AI, and Azure Cloud.

 * Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years leading a team and recent experience in project management.
 * Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
 * Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud data architectures and providing operational support.
 * Experience in line with IVC deliberation IVC/KSZG/24/114.
 * Certification in Azure Cloud and data engineering is expected.

## Description

* Data architecture management.
 * Oversee the tech roadmap and framework for data storage, integration, and internal and external data flows (both on-premises and cloud).
 * Define data architecture and guidelines related to Java and COBOL applications for data storage and organization, as well as strategize the transition from COBOL to Java.
 * Design data architectures and establish guidelines for data mining and statistics domains.
 * Act as an advisor for PowerData tooling (dbt, Python, data integration).
 * Lead the Python Centre of Excellence and Python quality reporting.
 * Lead modern Data Platform projects.
 * Design and implementation of data solutions.
 * Project management/Product Owner responsibilities.
 * Knowledge sharing with other federal entities.
 * Ensure compliance according to IVC deliberation IVC/KSZG/24/114.
 * Serve as a point of contact regarding IVC deliberation IVC/KSZG/24/114 internally for data.
 * Provide advice for Microsoft Copilot regarding security and data.
 * Collaborate closely with the enterprise architect to align data architecture with enterprise architecture.
 * Advise on Secrets Management and IAM.
 * Participate as a board member of the internal Cloud Center of Excellence.
