Architect, develop, and ship new features across our full technology ecosystem - React front-ends, Node services, mobile apps (iOS/Android), browser extensions, and AI-driven infrastructure - owning major components from design through deployment with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and user experience. * Partner cross-functionally. Collaborate directly with product, design, AI/ML, and customer-facing teams to translate real clinician needs into high-impact solutions. * Accelerate with AI. Leverage advanced developer-focused AI tools to speed up development, improve code quality, and strengthen system reliability. * Drive innovation. Contribute to internal hackathons, rapid prototyping, and stay ahead of industry trends to identify technologies and opportunities that set the standard. * Shape technical strategy. Lead technical decisions, contribute to architectural strategy, and help define engineering patterns as we grow the platform. * Mentor and elevate the team. Mentor other engineers, raise the bar on best practices, and help build a strong, supportive engineering culture. * Own end-to-end.
