## About the Role

Extensive hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC, Snowflake, and Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks)

 - Strong programming skills (C#, Python, SQL, Java)
 - 8+ years in data engineering, including data modeling, integration, warehousing, MDM, governance, and analytics
 - Clear, concise communication skills with the ability to translate technical info for various audiences
 - Critical and creative thinking, problem-solving, and trend analysis in complex data sets
 - Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
 - Ability to work effectively across diverse teams, adapt to changing situations, and prioritize work streams
 - Respect for individual differences, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive, resilient attitude
 - Preferred/Nice to Haves:
 - Certifications in relevant data and cloud technologies
 - Prior experience in professional services, consulting, accounting, or managed services provider environments
 - Client service or consultative experience

## Description

Primary Focus: Hands-on data engineering, pipeline development, and data management (not oversight/support)

 - Key Responsibilities:
 - Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT)
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, data scientists, AI engineers, analysts) to manage and optimize data assets
 - Integrate data from various sources (databases, data warehouses, APIs, external systems)
 - Ensure data quality, consistency, integrity, and perform data validation/cleaning
 - Transform raw data using cleansing, aggregation, filtering, and enrichment techniques
 - Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and efficiency; resolve bottlenecks
 - Implement and monitor data quality checks and validations within pipelines
