## Description

micro1 is seeking Design & Frontend Specialists to support a customer project focused on design, UX, and frontend technical reasoning for AI training. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities

 * Analyze design and frontend challenges and explain technical decisions.
 * Create and review design docs, research reports, RFCs, and ADRs.
 * Evaluate design systems, accessibility, and frontend architecture.
 * Analyze trade-offs, constraints, and user impact.
 * Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
