* 10+ years of experience in Microsoft-based software development.
 * Expert in C#, .NET / .NET Core, and SQL / T-SQL.
 * Strong experience with database design, performance optimisation, stored procedures, and queries.
 * Solid front-end skills with HTML, JavaScript, and Razor.
 * Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
 * Familiarity with Azure DevOps or equivalent source control.
 * Experience with Visual Studio or VS Code.
 * Proven track record working in Agile environments with a pragmatic, efficient approach.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a passion for clean, efficient code.

Desirable Experience:

 * Experience building large-scale enterprise or SaaS platforms.
 * Knowledge of the automotive industry or related enterprise software.

## Description

* Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-level software solutions using C#, .NET (Core/9), Razor, Web API, SQL Server, HTML, and JavaScript.
 * Own the full development lifecycle from initial design through to build, testing, and release.
 * Write high-quality, reusable, and efficient code with a focus on maintainability and scalability.
 * Diagnose and fix bugs, performance issues, and technical bottlenecks to ensure robust, reliable solutions.
 * Collaborate closely with Product Owners, testers, and developers to deliver valuable features efficiently.
 * Contribute to architectural discussions and help shape long-term technical direction.
 * Stay ahead of industry trends and bring forward new ideas and technologies to evolve the platform.
 * Share knowledge with peers and provide informal mentoring across the development team
