* 8+ years of program/project delivery experience as an Engineering Leader, with 3+ years leading AI initiatives.
 * Strong understanding of AI/GenAI solutions, Microsoft AI ecosystem, and AI governance.
 * Experience managing multiple concurrent AI projects.
 * Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Agile delivery methodologies., * PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
 * Experience leading enterprise AI transformation programs.
 * Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in complex enterprise environments.
