* Listen to Mandarin and English audio recordings and produce accurate, verbatim transcriptions.
 * Review, proofread, and correct transcripts for accuracy, grammar, and consistency.
 * Apply required annotations, tags, and contextual notes according to project guidelines.
 * Follow transcription standards, formatting requirements, and quality guidelines.
 * Identify and resolve unclear speech, accents, overlapping dialogue, and ambiguous content.
 * Collaborate remotely with project coordinators on linguistic questions.
 * Meet project deadlines and maintain consistent transcription quality.
