## Description

* Je stuurt het infrastructuur-, security- en supportteam aan en zorgt voor een stabiele, veilige en performante IT-omgeving.
 * Je ontwikkelt de IT-roadmap en vertaalt de behoeften van de business naar concrete infrastructuur- en verbeteringsprojecten.
 * Je bewaakt cybersecurity, compliance en de continuïteit van de IT-systemen in samenwerking met internationale stakeholders.
 * Je optimaliseert de werking van de Service Desk, volgt KPI's op en zorgt voor een efficiënte afhandeling van incidenten en changes.
 * Je beheert en moderniseert de IT-infrastructuur, inclusief servers, netwerken, cloudomgevingen, back-upsystemen en hardware lifecycle management.
 * Je coacht en ontwikkelt je team, stimuleert kennisdeling en onderhoudt sterke relaties met interne stakeholders en externe IT-partners.
