Healthcare Industry Knowledge, Our client, a leading outpatient physical therapy provider, is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to join their team in Vienna, VA. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for patients and play a critical role in creating a positive patient experience while supporting daily clinic operations., * Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes

 * Schedule appointments and follow-up visits
 * Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions and requests
 * Maintain accurate patient records within the EMR system
 * Verify patient information and assist with registration processes
 * Provide exceptional customer service to patients, providers, and staff
 * Support clinic operations through administrative and front desk duties
