## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. \n
 * 5-10 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration. \n
 * Advanced proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and ServiceNow scripting APIs. \n
 * Strong experience designing, building, and managing complex REST and SOAP API integrations. \n
 * Experience developing and supporting solutions across ServiceNow applications and modules. \n
 * Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies with experience working in sprint-based development and delivery environments. \n
 * Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization skills. \n
 * Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. \n
 * Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers and administrators. \n
 * Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.\n, * ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in one or more relevant modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD. \n
 * Experience with the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and automated testing pipelines. \n
 * Familiarity with ITIL processes and a strong foundational understanding of IT Service Management principles. \n
 * ITIL v4 certification. \n
 * Familiarity with DoD Special Access Programs (SAPs).\n
