## Description

Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced Patient Information Associate for their team! This full-time, interim role will support the accuracy, completeness, and availability of medical records at the organization's Manchester, NH location.
Responsibilities of the Patient Information Associate

 * Manage medical records, including retrieval, assembly, imaging, release, quality checks, etc.
 * Process record requests in accordance with HIPAA, HIM policies, federal and state regulations, and confidentiality standards
 * Monitor and follow up on outstanding physician orders as needed
 * Update electronic health record systems (Epic) to ensure data integrity and support workflow optimization
 * Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve issues
 * Support internal and external audits
 * Perform additional tasks and projects as required
