You will work closely with our development teams to automate workflows and monitor applications so we find problems before our clients do. Your role protects the reliability our customers count on and is integral to maintaining strong relationships with them. AI helps us ship more code than ever, and you'll use those same tools to keep our infrastructure and observability one step ahead. This is a part-time contract role, roughly 20 hours per week. Responsibilities * You'll stand up proactive monitoring and alerting with tools like New Relic or Datadog, so we catch issues before end users experience them * You'll define and maintain our Azure infrastructure as code * You'll build and improve CI/CD pipelines so teams can ship confidently and often * You'll help triage and resolve incidents, and make sure we learn something from each one * You'll collaborate with our development team to improve developer workflows * You'll participate in planning for future scalability and performance, Remote, open to candidates in Europe, North America, and South America.
