The role will work closely with engineering, data, and business teams to turn complex and ambiguous problems into focused, high-quality products. The ideal candidate combines strong product judgement with analytical decision-making, technical fluency, and the ability to move quickly from discovery and scoping through launch, measurement, and iteration., * Professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role with ownership of a live software product * Demonstrated track record of building customer-facing technology products * Strong product judgement and ability to simplify complex problems * Experience using KPIs, usage data, customer feedback, and product insights to guide decisions * High degree of ownership and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments * Strong written communication and stakeholder-management skills * Experience with AI, data, developer tools, or technically sophisticated products is strongly preferred * Technical fluency or an engineering background is highly advantageous * Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, agents, data infrastructure, or analytics products is a strong plus * Experience taking products from 01 and iterating based on real-world usage is highly valued ## Description Product Ownership & Lifecycle Management * Own the product lifecycle from discovery and scoping through launch and iteration * Translate complex user and business problems into clear product requirements and executable releases * Define product direction while maintaining focus on practical delivery * Coordinate priorities across engineering, data, and business stakeholders * Maintain accountability for product outcomes throughout development and post-launch iteration Prioritisation & Product Execution * Prioritise initiatives across user needs, business impact, technical constraints, and available resources * Break ambiguous problems into focused and achievable product scopes * Make pragmatic trade-offs while maintaining a high standard for product quality * Drive execution in fast-moving environments where requirements may evolve * Keep teams aligned around the highest-impact product priorities Data-Driven Product Management * Define and track KPIs, adoption metrics, and product outcomes * Use product usage data and customer insights to guide prioritisation and iteration * Evaluate whether launches are achieving intended user and business outcomes * Identify opportunities for improvement through quantitative and qualitative signals * Incorporate real-world product performance into ongoing roadmap decisions User Experience & Product Quality * Build intuitive, high-quality customer-facing products * Maintain a strong focus on usability and overall user experience * Simplify technically complex functionality into clear product experiences * Gather and incorporate customer feedback throughout the product lifecycle * Balance speed of execution with consistency, reliability, and product quality Cross-Functional Leadership * Partner closely with engineering throughout planning and delivery * Collaborate effectively with data, business, and other internal stakeholders * Communicate product decisions, priorities, and trade-offs clearly in writing * Drive alignment across teams without relying on excessive process * Operate effectively in asynchronous and highly ambiguous working environments, Engagement Details * Full-time engagement * Fully remote * Base salary: $120,000-$200,000/year * Role will involve end-to-end product ownership, prioritisation, product analytics, cross-functional execution, and continuous product improvement * Strong collaboration with engineering, data, and business teams is central to the role * Experience with AI, data, developer tools, or other technically sophisticated product environments is particularly relevant * Product priorities and scope may evolve rapidly based on customer needs, usage data, technical constraints, and business requirements About the Platform This opportunity is available through 24-MAG LLC.
