You have proven experience as a Product Manager.
Technical Skills

 * Strong expertise in ServiceNow, with a focus on ITSM.
 * Hands-on knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS and the Glide API.
 * Experience with Flow Designer, Service Portal and Reporting.
 * Experience with integrations via REST/SOAP, LDAP and SSO.

Methodological Skills

 * Good knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 best practices.

Certifications

 * ITIL Foundation is preferred.
 * ServiceNow certifications such as System Administrator or Application Developer are an asset.

Languages

 * Dutch or French
 * English

## Description

In a public-sector environment in Brussels, you will be responsible for the design, development, configuration and ongoing improvement of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business needs and ITIL processes.
Key Responsibilities

 * Design, develop and configure ServiceNow solutions.
 * Customize modules such as ITSM, CMDB and HRSD.
 * Analyze stakeholder needs and translate them into technical solutions.
 * Develop workflows, scripts, business rules and UI policies.
 * Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP and SSO.
 * Ensure the maintenance, optimization and continuous improvement of the platform.
 * Contribute to governance and the ongoing improvement of ITIL processes.
 * Train and support internal users.
