## About the Role

* 1-2 years of IT support experience or equivalent coursework/internship
 * experience.
 * Basic knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint,
 * Exchange).
 * Familiarity with IT ticketing systems like Zendesk or similar platforms.
 * Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
 * A willingness to learn new technologies and grow within the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Exposure to Cisco Meraki systems or similar networking tools.
 * Basic understanding of endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune.
 * Familiarity with iOS device setup and management.
 * Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA IT Fundamentals+, Microsoft MS-900).

## Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented IT Support Level 2 Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to focus on providing excellent user support, assisting with day-to-day IT operations, and learning from more experienced team members.

This role will only be supporting externally facing customer platforms, and not internal Parsons IT systems.

What You'll Be Doing:

 * Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for client platforms and not internal Parsons IT systems, including:
 * Windows 11 environments and Dell laptops.
 * Cisco Meraki infrastructure (basic troubleshooting of switches, wireless access points, etc.).
 * Microsoft 365 services: Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Intune MDM.
 * iOS device setup and management using Apple Business Manager.
 * Assist with monitoring IT systems and escalating issues to Level 2 support or senior team members as needed.
 * Support ticket resolution through Zendesk or similar platforms, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation.
 * Help maintain IT documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles.
 * Perform basic asset management and inventory tracking.
 * Promote security best practices and assist with endpoint management.
 * Participate in training opportunities to develop technical skills and knowledge.
