## Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to manage and maintain Microsoft Windows systems, endpoint security, cloud infrastructure, and virtual environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, cybersecurity, Azure, virtualization, and automation.

 * Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user accounts, security groups, and Group Policy Objects.
 * Administer Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 environments.
 * Support Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, file clusters, and print servers.
 * Maintain operating-system baselines for Windows servers and workstations.
 * Install, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, patch, and upgrade Microsoft Windows operating systems.
 * Recommend and implement system enhancements to improve performance, security, and reliability.
 * Conduct vulnerability assessments and mitigate identified security risks.
 * Implement security controls aligned with CIS and NIST guidelines.
 * Support the implementation of Zero Trust architecture.
 * Administer endpoint security tools, including Endpoint Detection and Response solutions.
 * Apply hardened security configurations and least-privilege access controls.
 * Deploy and manage resources within Microsoft Azure.
 * Configure, maintain, and optimize virtual environments.
 * Track IT assets throughout the inventory and lifecycle-management process.
 * Write, interpret, and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts for automation.
 * Diagnose complex system and application issues and provide support to technical staff.
