Experience - Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in IT (Cloud environment, Infrastructure, IT workspace, Data). Technical Skills - Understanding of project management methodologies, experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches, and familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, etc. Certification - PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master certification is a plus. Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch.
