## About the Role

* Más de 8 años de experiencia en administración y soporte avanzado de redes.
 * Formación en Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Informática o similar.
 * Sólidos conocimientos de routing, switching, WiFi empresarial, VPN, SD-WAN y alta disponibilidad.
 * Experiencia en seguridad de red y entornos críticos.
 * Capacidad para actuar como último nivel de escalado técnico (N3).
 * Inglés técnico.

Se valorará

 * Certificaciones Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Check Point, Extreme Networks, Zscaler o similares.
 * Experiencia en infraestructuras críticas y entornos IoT.
 * Conocimientos de ITIL.
 * Participación en proyectos de transformación digital.

## Description

Ser el principal referente técnico en redes y comunicaciones, proporcionando soporte avanzado de nivel N3, participando en el diseño de soluciones complejas y garantizando la disponibilidad, seguridad y rendimiento de las infraestructuras de nuestros clientes.
Principales responsabilidades

 * Resolución de incidencias complejas y soporte técnico de nivel N3.
 * Administración y optimización de entornos LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN y SD-WAN.
 * Diagnóstico y resolución de problemas avanzados de routing, switching y redes inalámbricas.
 * Gestión y evolución de soluciones de seguridad de red: firewalls, NAC y seguridad perimetral.
 * Participación en proyectos de transformación y actualización tecnológica.
 * Definición de mejoras técnicas y optimización de infraestructuras de comunicaciones.
 * Coordinación con fabricantes y partners tecnológicos para la resolución de incidencias de alta complejidad.
 * Mentorización y soporte técnico a perfiles N1 y N2.
 * Elaboración de documentación técnica y procedimientos.
