You will focus on building high-impact tools, frameworks, and automation that enable engineering teams to release software with greater speed and confidence. Rather than maintaining legacy test suites, you will tackle engineering friction at its source and improve quality across the development lifecycle. You will also explore practical applications of AI for test generation, failure triage, and self-healing automation. Working closely with product engineers, you will influence technical standards and help teams take greater ownership of quality. This is a senior, hands-on engineering role with significant scope to shape the future of quality engineering.
