## Description

User Support

 * Provide support for hardware and software related problems through:

System and device management

 * Install, configure and maintain IT systems and mobile devices.
 * Perform technical interventions, performance analyses and safety checks to ensure optimal operation.

Technical troubleshooting

 * Identify and analyze technical problems and potential threats.
 * Proactively develop and propose solutions to prevent future complications.

Incident Management

 * Register and follow up incidents according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
 * Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of incidents and actions.

Process optimization

 * Contribute to the optimization of internal processes, with an emphasis on efficient system administration and high-quality customer support.

Contract Management

 * Proactively manage customer contracts, including monitoring compliance and customer satisfaction.
 * Identify opportunities to further improve customer relationships and contractual arrangements.
