* Strong software engineering experience with Python.
 * Hands-on AWS experience, particularly AWS CDK/IaC.
 * Experience with IAM, CloudFormation, Lambda, or similar AWS services.
 * Experience with Git/GitHub, pull requests, and CI/CD pipelines.
 * Experience troubleshooting and remediating application/cloud security vulnerabilities.
 * Ability to quickly learn established technical patterns and work independently.
 * Strong production support, problem-solving, and communication skills., * C#/.NET experience with legacy applications.
 * HashiCorp/Vault or secrets-management experience.
 * Experience with Step Functions.
 * Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude.
 * Application modernization/cloud migration experience.
