## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Physics, or another Engineering or Science-related STEM discipline
 * 3+ years of experience with AWS GovCloud, Bash scripting, and GitLab in a pipeline environment
 * Minimum 5 years of experience with C++ and Python
 * Expert-level experience with AWS GovCloud, Bash scripting, GitLab, including pipelines and YAML, Nexus, and Artifactory
 * Proficiency with Python
 * Linux-based software development experience
 * Ability to work well on teams as a self-starter
 * Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
 * Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals

 * Preferred Skills
 * Expert-level experience with Jira
 * Proficiency with C++11
 * Experience in object-oriented software development
 * Background using CMake
 * Practitioner experience with the Atlassian tool suite, including Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * Comfortable participating in a daily collaborative environment, including occasional pair programming
 * Fluent practitioner of company development processes
 * Understanding of Agile product development concepts
 * Proficiency in developing software estimates
 * Comfortable offering improvement ideas to foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement
 * Proficiency with Ada for software testing
 * Experience troubleshooting GitLab pipelines
 * Background with Ada
 * Familiarity with the Green Hills compiler for Ada
 * Experience using AUnit for Ada unit testing
 * Knowledge of Gnatmake
 * Experience with VectorCAST, CppUnit, and Gcov/Gcovr
