* Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nello sviluppo software enterprise.
 * Ottima conoscenza di C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API ed Entity Framework.
 * Solida esperienza con Microsoft SQL Server e T-SQL.
 * Conoscenza di Azure DevOps, Git e CI/CD.
 * Approccio hands-on, forte orientamento al problem solving e passione per l'innovazione.
 * Costituiscono un plus
 * Esperienza con AI Coding Assistant (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor).
 * Conoscenza di Microsoft Azure e architetture cloud-native.
 * Esperienza con Power BI e Microsoft Fabric.

## Description

Il/la candidato/a avrà il compito di affiancare il Responsabile IT nello sviluppo e nell'evoluzione dell'ERP aziendale, contribuendo in modo diretto alla progettazione e realizzazione di nuove funzionalità, alla manutenzione e modernizzazione del codice esistente e alla risoluzione delle problematiche tecniche più complesse.

La risorsa ricoprirà il ruolo di Technical Lead con un approccio fortemente operativo e hands-on, continuando a essere coinvolta attivamente nello sviluppo software e supportando il team nelle attività quotidiane. Avrà inoltre un ruolo chiave nella diffusione di metodologie e strumenti di AI-Assisted Development, contribuendo al miglioramento della qualità del codice, dell'efficienza dei processi e della velocità di delivery.

Principali responsabilità

 * Sviluppo e manutenzione dell'ERP aziendale (60-70% del tempo dedicato al coding).
 * Debugging, troubleshooting e refactoring del codice legacy.
 * Coordinamento operativo del team di sviluppo.
 * Code review, mentoring e definizione delle best practice.
 * Introduzione e utilizzo di strumenti di AI-Assisted Development (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude).
