 * Erfahrung in der Analyse komplexer, auch sicherheitsrelevanter Netzwerkvorfälle
 * Kenntnisse in Azure, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics sowie VMware und hybriden Umgebungen
 * AZ-900 und CCNP oder vergleichbare Zertifizierungen
 * Kundenorientierte, kommunikative und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Teamgeist, Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an innovativen Technologien
 * Sehr gute Englisch- und gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Analyse und Behebung komplexer Netzwerkstörungen in LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi und Site-to-Site-Umgebungen
 * Einsatz von Wireshark, Nmap und Netzwerk-Monitoring-Tools zur Fehleranalyse und Identifikation von Anomalien
 * Auswertung von Logs und Performance-Daten in Azure, insbesondere über Azure Monitor und Log Analytics
 * Durchführung von Netzwerktests, Audits und Performance-Analysen zur Ursachenfindung
 * Dokumentation von Störungen, Erstellung von Incident Reports und Ableitung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
 * Koordination der Incident-Bearbeitung mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
 * Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der technischen Wissensdatenbank
 * Unterstützung und Schulung interner Teams bei Troubleshooting und Best Practices
