## About the Role

* Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Datenmanagement (auch Absolvent*innen HAK oder HTL mit Schwerpunkt IT)

 * Kenntnisse im Bereich Power BI, Business Intelligence (Datawarehouse) oder Reporting

 * Gutes Verständnis für Datenstrukturen, Datenbanken und betriebliche Prozesse (Grundkenntnisse in Rechungswesen)

 * Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise BMD

 * Erfahrung im Anwendersupport und Freude am Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Nutzergruppen

 * Strukturierte und analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

 * Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und hohe Serviceorientierung

 * Führerschein B und gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft von Vorteil

## Description

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Datenexporte, Schnittstellen, Datenstrukturen und Reporting-Lösungen

 * Sicherstellung des laufenden Betriebs von Reporting-, Data-Warehouse- und BMD-Systemen

 * Analyse und Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern

 * Weiterentwicklung und Modernisierung bestehender Lösungen unter Einbindung neue Technologien und KI-Ansätze

 * Operative Betreuung der BMD-Anwendungen inklusive Benutzer- und Berechtigungsmanagement

 * Dokumentation von Prozessen und Sicherstellung der Stellvertretung im BMD-Support-Team
