* Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or related field.
 * Proven experience as a Project Manager 3 in IT
 * Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
 * Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
 * Strong leadership and communication abilities.
 * Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello).
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
 * PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
 * Languages: Fluent in French & English OR Dutch & English.

## Description

* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
 * Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
 * Manage budgets, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
 * Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
 * Identify potential issues and proactively implement solutions.
 * Guarantee quality standards and compliance with company processes and methodologies.
 * Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future performance.
