* Proven experience in a technical or functional ERP-related role
 * Solid knowledge of SQL (both reading and writing)
 * Skills in software development (particularly C#) and/or business process analysis, depending on the position
 * Strong understanding of business processes (accounting, supply chain, production, etc.)
 * Autonomy, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving orientation
 * Comfortable communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external
 * Fluent Dutch required; English is mandatory for some roles; French is a plus

## Description

* Develop customized ERP functionalities
 * Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical or functional solutions
 * Manage full ERP implementations for SME clients
 * Provide technical and application support (via internal ticketing system)
 * Write and execute SQL queries for data management
 * Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients
 * Contribute to upgrades, maintenance, and system evolution phases
