French is an asset. * You are a problem solver with an analytical mind. As a team player with a positive attitude, you are always ready to challenge and to be challenged. ## Description You will be part of our MSP teams focusing on Managed Detection and Response (MDR). The SRE team focuses on the backend platformization and automation side of the MDR service. Aspects like reliability, scalability, automation and efficiency of our managed service provider (MSP) technology stack are extremely important for Davinsi Labs. Your primary objective as an engineer will be to continuously enhance these capabilities across different complex customer environments. Your expertise and performance will directly impact the experience of our valued clients. The most relevant technologies for the SRE team are the following ones: * AWS * GitHub * Nutanix Prism * HashiCorp Terraform * HashiCorp Vault * HashiCorp Cloud Platform (HCP) * Ansible * Microsoft Entra ID * Microsoft Azure * PingIdentity PingOne for customers * Rocky Linux, * Design and implementation: You will be designing and implementing zero-touch production concepts across all levels of our MSP technology stack, leveraging applications Splunk Enterprise, Splunk Enterprise Security, Cribl Stream and Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR automation and orchestration capabilities to enhance operational efficiency. You will also be designing and implementing cloud infrastructure architecture, with a focus on AWS, Nutanix Prism, Microsoft Azure and Rocky Linux. This also includes IAM solutions, such as Single Sign-On (SSO), based on Microsoft Entra ID and PingIdentity PingOne. * Automation: You'll develop automation capabilities for all value services, through CI/CD pipelines design and development. * Version Control & Release Management: You'll be managing version control effectively using platforms such as GitHub.
