## Description

* Coordinate the preparation and submission of proposals within the defined RFP process.
 * Evaluate business requirements to ensure project outcomes meet organizational standards.
 * Maintain clear communication channels with project managers and external stakeholders.
 * Monitor submission deadlines and ensure all administrative requirements are fulfilled.
 * Perform detailed analysis to support the project team in decision-making processes.
 * Generate comprehensive documentation and status updates for management review.
