## About the Role

* Experience in Java development (minimum 5 years - Senior level)
 * Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security) (minimum 5 years)
 * Experience with microservices architecture
 * Experience with Hibernate / JPA / SQL (minimum 3 years)
 * Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools
 * Relevant education or certification in Java/J2EE
 * Dutch language proficiency - CEFR C2 (Mandatory)
 * NDA document submission required

Should Have

 * Experience leading development teams and coaching developers
 * Strong programming skills (coding, testing, debugging)
 * Experience with AWS (minimum 1 year)
 * Experience with Docker (minimum 3 years)
 * Experience with JMeter
 * Experience with JUnit / AssertJ (minimum 3 years)
 * Experience with OAuth2 / OIDC (minimum 3 years)
 * Experience with Postman / Newman
 * Experience with SOAP APIs
 * Experience with Agile methodologies (lead role preferred)
 * Knowledge of mobile application development

## Description

The role focuses on developing backend services that aggregate and expose citizen data securely, ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance., The developer will work in a cloud-native environment, applying best practices such as Domain Driven Design (DDD), microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines, while collaborating closely with architects and teams., * Develop and maintain Java-based backend services.
