## About the Role

* Experience working with Salesforce CRM in a functional, business-analysis or consultancy capacity.
 * Strong understanding of CRM processes, ideally across Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
 * Comfortable speaking with both business users and technical delivery teams.
 * Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
 * Fluent Dutch and English; French is beneficial.
 * Salesforce certifications are advantageous.

## Description

We are hiring Salesforce CRM professionals to join a rapidly growing consulting team delivering major client transformation programmes across Belgium.
You will work with business stakeholders to understand customer-facing processes, translate requirements into Salesforce solutions, and support the delivery of high-quality CRM implementations and enhancements.
Responsibilities

 * Gather, analyse and document business requirements for Salesforce CRM initiatives.
 * Map and improve sales, service and customer-engagement processes.
 * Configure and support Salesforce solutions, working closely with technical teams where development is required.
 * Support workshops, user acceptance testing, training and go-live activities.
 * Produce functional specifications, process documentation and user stories.
 * Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and provide day-to-day functional support.
 * Contribute to continuous improvement of CRM processes and platform adoption.
