In this role, you will help shape and execute the IT and COO transformation agenda, translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and tangible business outcomes. Working closely with the COO Transformation Lead, Enterprise Architect, and senior stakeholders, you will drive transformation, strengthen governance, support innovation, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality through technology and new ways of working.
