* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
 * 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network, or IT operations.
 * Proven experience leading IT projects and managing stakeholders.
 * Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise infrastructure, networking, and IT service management.
 * Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams
 * Preferred Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2, ITIL Foundation, Azure, AWS, or Cisco certifications

* Partner with business leaders to understand needs and translate them into IT solutions.
 * Lead infrastructure, network, cloud, and workplace technology initiatives.
 * Manage end-to-end IT projects, including scope, budget, timelines, and delivery.
 * Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems and networks.
 * Oversee vendors, managed service providers, and technology partners.
 * Drive IT service improvements, incident management, and operational excellence.
 * Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and cybersecurity compliance.
 * Develop IT roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
