## About the Role

* Afgeronde MBO ICT/IT niveau 4 opleiding. HBO is een pre.
 * Sterke kennis van IP, VoIP (TCP/IP, xDSL, SIP).
 * Professionele ervaring audio/video-installaties (DANTE, AES67, AVB).
 * Ervaring met Microsoft Office365, Teams, Azure.
 * Ervaring met Windows 10/11. Ervaring met Linux is een pre.
 * Klantgerichte instelling: analytisch, flexibel, servicegericht en representatief.
 * Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (mondeling en schriftelijk).
 * In het bezit van rijbewijs B.

Als onderdeel van het supportteam ben je de spil tussen klanten, partners en innovatieve technologie. Je helpt gebruikers, test nieuwe producten en lost technische uitdagingen op. Een dynamische rol waar geen dag hetzelfde is!

Je biedt technische ondersteuning via telefoon en e-mail, en je bent bereid om zowel op afstand als op locatie bij de klanten te werken. Je test en introduceert nieuwe producten rondom IP-communicatie (audio & video). Je analyseert problemen, luistert scherp en werkt samen met fabrikanten om de beste oplossingen te vinden.

 * Technische ondersteuning bieden via telefoon en e-mail.
 * Ondersteuning bieden op kantoor in Almere.
 * Ondersteuning bieden op locatie bij klanten.
 * Nieuwe producten testen en introduceren.
 * Communicatie via IP (audio en video) integreren.
 * In samenwerking met fabrikanten naar oplossingen zoeken.
