The Digital Marketing Product Owner is responsible for managing 2 product backlogs and delivering features that support consent and identity management capabilities. You will actively contribute to the Consent & Identity Management Program to move to new platform solutions. You will partner with marketing, legal/privacy, engineering, data teams, and other Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts to translate business and regulatory needs into actionable product features market/business needs into actionable product features. Job Responsibilities: * Own and prioritize the product backlogs for consent/identity management, balancing business value, legal/compliance risk, and development effort. * Ensure backlog priorities are aligned with broader Program timelines and, where relevant, collaborate closely with Program to synchronize cross-team dependencies, coordinate releases, and communicate with stakeholders. Work together to forecast and prepare feature roadmaps aligned with program milestones, and provide reliable data for reporting to support efficient decision-making. * Define and refine the product vision and roadmap to support Consent/identity management (consent capture, preference centers, authentication), partnering with your peers in CRM and Cookie Consent * Work with marketing, privacy/legal, analytics and engineering stakeholders to document requirements and translate them into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and UX/UI designs. * Lead sprint planning and prioritization; collaborate closely with developers, QA, data engineers and Ops to deliver features iteratively. * Ensure IT and our vendor apply end-to-end testing including UAT, privacy/compliance reviews, and integration testing for third-party platforms * Plan and support production rollouts with stakeholder communications, runbooks, training materials and documentation for internal teams. * Proactively identify risks (regulatory changes, vendor outages, fraud/spam vectors) and create mitigation plans.
