## About the Role

* Active SC Clearance.
 * Strong experience with Microsoft Teams Voice, Direct Routing, SIP, VoIP and Unified Communications technologies.
 * Extensive experience supporting and managing enterprise infrastructure environments.
 * Advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
 * Experience with technologies such as virtualization, messaging platforms, Windows infrastructure, file/print services and enterprise collaboration tools.
 * Proven experience leading technical projects or workstreams using recognised methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMI.
 * Experience operating within highly regulated, secure environments with robust governance controls.
 * Strong understanding of service management and working to challenging SLA targets

## Description

Working within a highly secure defence setting, you will play a key role in designing, implementing and supporting modern telephony and collaboration solutions while ensuring the stability, security and resilience of critical infrastructure services., * Design, deploy and support Microsoft Teams Telephony and Voice solutions.

 * Lead infrastructure and collaboration technology workstreams across complex defence projects.
 * Provide expert-level troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and resolution for telephony and infrastructure services.
 * Ensure service delivery meets demanding SLAs and operational requirements.
 * Work within strict governance, security and change management processes.
 * Contribute to service improvement initiatives, increasing supportability and reducing operational costs.
