Implementation Engineering Team. The candidate will work directly with Engineering Manager, Program Management, Customers and Technical Engineering leads across multiple disciplines and supporting groups. The candidate will support our Messaging team with implementing / modifying / configuring / testing / documenting airline middleware messaging connections and routing between Collins Aerospace - CAS airline message services and customer end systems.Key Responsibilities:Configure software applications and services using Java/JavaScriptManage multiple global customers facing implementation and migration projects/tasks.Partner with the operations team to troubleshoot customer issues and provide written responses to questions.Provide technical advice to internal sales, product and service delivery teams.Work directly with our internal and external customers for troubleshooting and service support.On Call rotation dutiesRequired Skills & Experience, Bachelor's degree (Science, Technology
