## About the Role

Hold a Level 4 in a Computing/ICT related subject e.g. HNC/HND.
OR
2 years' experience working in an ICT support/development function*
*The 2 years' experience must include providing Technical Support in each of the following:

 * Installation of operating systems such as Windows 10, macOS or Linux
 * Installation of desktop application software such as Microsoft Office
 * Diagnosing and resolving PC problems in a networked environment

Hold a current driving licence and have access to a car or have access to a form of transport that will enable the post-holder to fulfil the role in full.
Demonstrate the ability to apply a logical, methodical approach to problem identification and resolution.
Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills.
